DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our website uses an internal live inventory counter, meaning we only ever sell items we have physical stock of, resulting in orders generally being shipped within 24hrs using a premium service for fast delivery.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed (be sure to check junk mail folder), followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. If you provided a valid mobile number you may also receive updates via SMS.

We offer free UK shipping for orders over £100, however Gift Card purchases don't count towards the free shipping threshold.

While we cannot be responsible for a couriers delivery time once the item has left us, an estimated delivery time frame is as follows:

UK Standard: 2 to 4 business days
UK Express: 1 to 3 business days
EU (European Union): 2 to 11 business days
ROW (Rest of World): 3 to 17 business days

In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.

Additional charges after posting: Any customs, duties or additional charges which apply to your order (if your order is delivered outside of the UK, for instance) will be your responsibility and are not included in the delivery costs.

 

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Any unwanted product must be returned within 30 days from the moment your order is delivered. To make a return please contact us using our online form at https://www.reflektclothing.co.uk/pages/contact or via our email address: sales@reflektclothing.co.uk with your name, delivery address, order number and email address so we can help you quickly and easily.

Please do not send a product back to us without first making contact to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA).

 

RETURN POSTAGE COSTS:

In the unlikely event that your product has a defect, we will cover the cost of return postage. However, in most other instances (wrong size ordered, or customer changed mind) the customer will be required to cover the cost of returning the item to us.

We cannot refund your initial shipping costs when you return goods.

If any charges are incurred on the parcels return (for example, the customer didn't fully cover the cost of returning the items), this will be deducted from any refund.

 

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 30 days. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule:

Socks & underwear can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

Personalised items can't be returned.

In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

Please retain any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your return.

 

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Exchanges are currently available for UK customers.

Exchanges are currently not available for Rest of World.

Exchanges via Returns can only be made for a different size of the same item, not a completely different item. The customer will need to cover the cost of return postage for size exchanges so please be sure to use the size guide on the products page to get the correct size prior to purchase.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

I'VE SENT A NON-REFLEKT CLOTHING ITEM BACK TO YOU!

Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a Reflekt Clothing item) will be the responsibility of the sender.

We’ll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately can’t make any promises!

 

POP-UP STORES/RETAIL OUTLETS RETURNS POLICY

Products purchased from a Reflekt Clothing event will be refunded with store credit in the full amount. We don’t provide cash refunds for products purchased at events. If you wish to return something from a pop-up store please contact us using our online form at https://www.reflektclothing.co.uk/pages/contact or via our email address: sales@reflektclothing.co.uk.

If you purchased one of our products from a 3rd party independent retailer, whether online or in-store, you will need to contact the retailer you purchased from in regards to any return and/or refund, where their own terms and conditions will apply.
